Formex GS series is a special surface antistatic material designed for industrial and electronic equipment. As an ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection material, it can eliminate surface static electricity, especially for static-sensitive IC components, effectively preventing component damage or burning caused by the use of conductive materials. The GS series includes three models: GS-10, GS-17 and GS-30, with thicknesses ranging from 0.25 mm (0.01 inches) to 0.76 mm (0.03 inches).
1. Electronic manufacturing: used for insulation and anti-static protection between circuit boards and electronic components.
2. Communication equipment: ensure signal stability and prevent electrostatic interference.
3. Industrial automation: insulation and protection of electrical control cabinets, sensors and other equipment.
4. Medical equipment: insulation layer of medical electronic equipment to ensure safety and harmlessness.
5. Aerospace: insulation and anti-static protection of spacecraft electrical systems and electronic equipment.
6. Transportation: insulation of electrical systems of vehicles such as cars and trains.
7. New energy: insulation protection of solar panels and wind power generation equipment
