2、Lithium battery termination tape
Lithium battery termination tape is coated with a unique acrylic or rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive on PET polyester film to resist electrolyte corrosion. It features strong resistance to electrolyte, high adhesion, flexibility, environmental friendliness, and halogen-free properties. Additionally, for ease of tracking and tracing in the production line, termination tape can be made into digital tape. This means Arabic numerals are first printed on the film substrate before applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
It is specifically designed for insulation protection and fixing of various aluminum shell, steel shell, and pouch battery cells such as lithium/nickel/cadmium. It can be used for bonding and fixing at the positive and negative electrode tabs, insulation and protection of electrode tabs, sealing edges of lithium batteries, and providing high electrical insulation. It is suitable for fixing insulation parts of battery cells.

3、Power insulation blue film tape
With the rise of power batteries, the emergence of double-layer protective films for power has also come into being. It is obvious that the protective film originally used for pouch batteries can no longer meet the technological developments and advancements in power battery packaging. As a result, double-layer blue films have appeared on the historical stage along with the times.
The power insulation blue film tape consists of a double-layer PET substrate coated with acrylic adhesive, serving as both appearance protection and insulation during pack assembly. It possesses excellent electrical and mechanical properties of the film while also offering stability and good adhesion performance. The double-layer composite substrate is soft, prevents curling during bending and pasting, leaves no residue, and has strong resistance to puncture, penetration, and high temperatures. 4、Soft pack battery protective film
Soft pack battery protective film, also known as process protective film, is made from transparent PET or BOPP film that has been corona-treated. It is then coated with special pressure-sensitive adhesive of various colors and processed through hot air drying. It is heat-resistant, highly adhesive, leaves no residue upon removal, does not fade, has excellent light transmittance, good stiffness, and is easy to die-cut. The protective film is used for the protection of soft pack batteries in the manufacturing process. Since lithium batteries require high cleanliness, the process requirements for protective films are also relatively high. The protective film must have low static, high adhesion, and resistance to high temperatures without leaving adhesive residue. It is also required to maintain performance during various uses, ensuring no curling, no loss or sticking of labels. Originally transparent, protective films were difficult to identify, but after improvements, they are often made in blue.

5、Double Sided Flame Retardant Tape
The flame-retardant double-sided adhesive tape is made from cotton paper/PET as the substrate, coated with flame-retardant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides, or made into a flame-retardant adhesive tape without substrate using flame-retardant adhesive. It has high flame retardancy, fire resistance, strong adhesion, good tackiness, and excellent bonding to a variety of materials. It is mainly used for bonding components such as foam pads in lithium battery packs.

6、The side plate heat press insulation tape
The side plate heat press insulation tape is a tape with flame-retardant hot-cured epoxy adhesive coated on one side of PET film. The side plate heat press insulation film is a single-sided hot melt tape. The epoxy adhesive is a thermosetting structural adhesive with excellent flame retardancy. After hot curing, it has excellent peel strength and high temperature resistance, while also possessing good insulation performance. When hot pressed, it serves to insulate the battery from the outer shell of the battery pack. It has excellent bonding strength, high temperature resistance, and crack resistance.

7、Thermal Conductive Silicone Pad
The main purpose of thermal silicone pads on batteries is to enhance heat conduction and assist in battery cooling. During operation, batteries generate heat, and if this heat is not effectively dissipated, it can affect the performance and lifespan of the battery. Thermal silicone pads can fill the gap between the battery and heat dissipation components and facilitate heat transfer from the battery to the heat sink or heat spreader. This effectively reduces the operating temperature of the battery, improving its efficiency and stability. This is particularly crucial for batteries operating in high-power and high-temperature environments as it helps reduce damage caused by overheating and prolongs battery lifespan.
Thermal pads have a certain flexibility, excellent insulation, compressibility, and natural surface adhesion. They can meet the heat transfer requirements between heating and cooling components while also providing shock absorption, insulation, and sealing. 8、Expanding tape
The expanding tape is made using modified TPU film as the substrate, coated with electrolyte-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is specifically developed for the crush test of lithium batteries, serving as a dissolution/expansion tape. It is used at the end of high-rate battery winding to replace traditional termination tapes.
The principle is as follows: After the battery cell is encased, in high-temperature and electrolyte environments, the volume of the expanding tape expands by approximately 150-200%, filling the gap between the inner cell and the outer shell. This reduces the movement of the electrolyte in vibrating environments, preventing short circuits. It has high expansion rate and adhesion and is mainly used in industries with vibration, such as electric tools.
